Coordination of Product Launches, on-site and off-site Digital Marketing calendar globally and working with local markets Implementation of content changes in CMS, including: Home Page Banners Category landing pages banners Site wide copy Onsite search ongoing optimisation: review of consumers searches to ensure results are being provided via the creation of synonyms or misspelling redirections. Conversion rate optimisation on-site: Cross/Up selling zones optimisation Site sorting rules by user group optimisation AB/MV testing (using Google Optimise): AB/MV testing calendar, AB/MV implementation and deployment, results monitoring and reporting. Location: Łódź or Warsaw We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist to support our team in managing worldwide e-commerce projects and online maintenance for international clients. If you already have experience in digital environment and outstanding organizational skills this position might be a right fit for you. What makes you perfect candidate At least one year of experience in merchandising / content management function in eShop or digital agency At least one year of experience in digitial marketing and traffic analytics for e-commerce (preferbaly google Analytics) Spoken and written English at minimum C1 level is an absolute must Digital literacy and basic knowledge of web technologies Strong organizational skills that apply both to your own work and project management Focus on completing the assignments in timely manner Problem-solving mindset Sense of humor What is nice to have Knowledge of basic frontend and backend technologies HTML, CSS, CMS Knowledge of Magento 2 solution and Bluefoot CMS Konwledge of AB/MV testing platforms (Google Optimise preffered) Understanding of e-commerce conversion optimization techniques Self-distance and ability to handle constructive criticism
